Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring corporate, enterprise, and government clients.
- Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored Event Technology, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including virtual/hybrid event platforms, registration systems, attendee engagement tools, networking solutions, and analytics dashboards.
- Conduct product demonstrations, client presentations, and solution workshops to effectively showcase platform capabilities and business value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and procurement teams to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Generate current opportunities from existing accounts and revive dormant leads to maximize revenue potential.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product,



and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account activity updates.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, government tenders, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3–4 years in Event Technology, SaaS, PaaS, Media Sales, Digital Agency Sales, Network Sales, Virtual Events, or Enterprise Solutions Sales.
- Proven track record as an Individual Contributor (IC) with consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and new client acquisition.
