Role Description The Insurance Manager role at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Insurance Manager will oversee insurance operations, including policy administration, compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards, and coordination with cross-functional teams.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales performance for assigned products or regions, guiding and supporting team members, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves analyzing financial and insurance data, identifying business opportunities, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to meet sales and service targets. The Insurance Manager will also work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve escalations and enhance processes that improve customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance to manage policies, assess risk, and interpret financial data.
Demonstrated Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating diverse teams.
Proven Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
