Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is central to driving efficiency, unlocking business value, and embedding innovation by leveraging Data, AI, and contemporary cloud technologies. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the unique operational demands of the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery




o Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from scoping and business case development to execution and benefits realization.
o Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs to track outcomes, not just outputs.
o Apply Agile project management methodologies for effective scheduling, resource planning, and milestone delivery.
o Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, data science, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders.
Digital & Data Transformation
o Drive initiatives leveraging Azure (primary), with supplementary work in Google Cloud and SAP ecosystems.
o Oversee projects involving Databricks, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data platform buildouts.
