- MIS reviews and Cost Optimization of operating expenses.
- Responsible for Engineering and maintenance, LT & HT Panel, WTP, Bio Plants, Fire Life Safety, Security, HK, control, Horticulture, Parking, Travel, Concierge, Mall Office, Technical Training, and Human resource function.
- Tenant relations, Happiness Index, Internal Partner surveys.
- Active coordination with leasing and marketing departments including upwelling and key events.
- Responsible for all the compliances such as Compliances, EHS and Mystery Audit performance, etc
- Budgeting control with variance analysis to enhance the Net Operating Income
- Crisis and disaster management proficiency.




- Mall Certifications like Bureau Verities and ICMR for COVID 19 preparedness.
- Parking Management. "Handling corporate affairs and Liasoning profile, directly assisting and reporting VP Operations and corporate affair"
- Ensuring manpower at the site is enabled to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing and supporting them asand when required.
- Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLAs & KPIs for firm and outsourced agencies towards effectiveservice deliverance.
- Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
- Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices and follow-ups for the payments.
- Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.
- Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures/ building facilities and services are carried out.
