The Project BD Manager is the champion for uncovering business opportunities, identifying potential clients, pitching Home Decor, Garden Decor and creative Lighting solutions, following and winning projects and clients, executing key initiatives, and managing relationships to allow accelerated growth. This role requires a strong balance of business development/sales experience, technical aptitude, and account management skills that deliver proven results. The Business Development Manager leverages analytics to determine, measure, and communicate business effectiveness and adapt when needed for desirable results. This person effectively works independently and strategically to plan and execute, as well as collaboratively with the supporting teams and tactically to reach the established goals. The successful candidate must have an existing Architect network be aggressive in sales and identifying potential clients with robust organizational planning skills, work well under pressure and meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts and projects without losing focus.



He/she has excellent written and verbal communication skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Role : Identify and build relationships with architects , interior designers ( ID ) and lighting contractors ( LC )

· Pitch and win projects

· Regular updates to architects / ID / LC about the latest products

Candidate Profile:

· To have a Sales and BD background in Building products

· Aggressive and proactive individual

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Established relationships with Architects / ID / LC are a must

· Ability to understand briefs clearly

· Creative bent of mind and has to have a problem-solving approach

· Ability to multitask and manage various internal and external stakeholders

· Knowledge of MS Office
