Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and analytical professionals to support advisory, valuation, transaction, leasing, and asset management assignments across the hospitality and alternative asset sectors.



The role involves working across hotel assets, serviced apartments, branded residences, student housing, senior living, co-living, healthcare, education, data centers, and other emerging real estate asset classes.
The selected candidates will be responsible for market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, operator selection, leasing mandates, valuations, client presentations, and supporting business development initiatives.
Hospitality Advisory
- Conduct market and feasibility studies for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and mixed-use hospitality developments.
- Analyze demand and supply dynamics, market positioning, competitive benchmarking, and development opportunities.
- Support hotel operator searches, brand selection, and management contract negotiations.
- Prepare highest and best-use studies for hospitality-led developments.
