Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and hands-on experience in .NET, Python, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing financial applications, along with supporting implementation and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HFM-based financial applications and solutions
- Work on HFM implementation, customization, and enhancements
- Develop backend components using .NET and Python
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, procedures, and data integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements
- Build and support data integrations between HFM and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews,
and documentation
- Participate in deployment, release management, and environment setup
- Support financial consolidation and reporting processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development / enterprise application development
- Solid hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
- Proficiency in .NET (C# / ASP.NET) and Python
- Strong experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience with system integration and data workflows
- Understanding of financial systems and reporting processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion suite
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of ETL tools / data pipelines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
