Seeking dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join the team at Business School of Management AICTE approved. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assistance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.

• Conduct informative and persuasive counseling sessions to promote the benefits of Business School's programs.

• Build relationships with potential students and understand their aspirations and career goals.

• Assist students in selecting the most suitable program based on their interests and qualifications.

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.

• Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with them to ensure a smooth admission process.

• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and achieve organizational goals.





• Stay updated with the latest trends in education and industry to effectively address student queries.

Candidates Skill :-

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience ( minimum 2 years) in admissions counseling or a related role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Robust sales and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to understand and assess student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

• Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of management programs is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Candidate Profile :

Experienced in Calling and managing queries of students and parents regarding university admissions at undergraduate and Post Graduate levels

Female candidates Preferred.

Education: Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate

Experience: 3-10 Years
