Key Roles & Responsibilities
- · Compliance in Volume and Quality:
- 1. Inwarding
- 2. Banking
- 3. Branch QC error rate < 0.5 %
- 4. Processing of eligible proposals at branches
- 5. Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals
- 6. Walk in Management
- · Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports
- · % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.
- · Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module
- · Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
