Role Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our analytics business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in generating leads for services, solutions, and products across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telecom, BFSI, and others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through market research, industry events, and digital channels.

Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative methods.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs and align them with our solutions.

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends,



market challenges, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Develop and refine the lead generation strategy based on industry and client feedback.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Support the sales team by providing relevant customer insights and preparing detailed lead reports.
- Performance Tracking:

Use CRM tools to track lead generation activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of leads generated and conversion rates.
