About the Job
You will be a part of the Business Workflow Automation team, responsible for turning product requirements into designs, developing implementation plans, and creating integrations and automated initiatives for both On-Cloud and On-Premise platforms.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the service management framework, event management workflows, business application workflows, as well as integrations and tool capabilities. You will be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements.

This role reports to the Manager of Business Workflow Automation.
