- Critical thinking & value-addition: Evaluate opportunities & approach for current market entry
- Program management – Plan and implement the opportunities/ ideas
- M&A; – Evaluation and advise on potential M&A; opportunities
- Business Intelligence – Develop and track key metrics for the business
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A; and Consulting., Handson experience in M&A; Transcation.,
- Experience in Research and making a report on technical products and it markets / Technical Companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in interacting with senior executives
- Highly motivated and ability to operate with limited supervision
- Keen to work in a lean structure
- Qualification - BBM, BBA, PG
