Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator – CSA (Pre & Post)



with 15 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration in complex, high-value semiconductor projects.
Responsibilities
Pre-Award Contract Management:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects.
- Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure contract terms align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support bid and proposal processes, including contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Post-Award Contract Administration:
- Administer CSA contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change management, claims,
