We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support global sales teams by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and pipeline creation, acting as a critical link between marketing and sales.

You will engage potential customers, identify decision-makers,



and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and social outreach

• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

• Build and maintain a consistent prospecting cadence

Inbound Lead Qualification

• Qualify inbound leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timeline

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and demo requests

• Nurture early-stage leads until sales-ready

Appointment Setting & Pipeline Support

• Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for sales teams

• Ensure proper handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives

• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems

CRM, Reporting & Collaboration

• Update CRM records with all interactions and lead statuses

• Track daily activity metrics and conversion rates
