Job Description
The Salesforce Product Architect will be responsible for defining and design and governance of Salesforce solutions within a regulated financial services environment and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture aligned with business strategy, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
This role bridges business vision and technical execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are robust, future‑ready, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Product Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture across Service, Experience, and Public Sector Clouds.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Design and govern Salesforce security and sharing
- Design secure integrations with core financial systems
- Establish and enforce Salesforce architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices.
- Define and maintain High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs (HLD/LLD) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
