Required skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Apps R12 Technical Development
- Strong expertise in Oracle Apps R12 Technical Architecture
- Advanced PL/SQL development (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Database Objects)
- Experience in Data Conversion, Data Migration, and Data Validation during Oracle implementations
- Hands-on experience with Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, and Integrations in Oracle EBS R12
- Strong experience with XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and Oracle Reports
- Experience in Oracle Workflow customization and support
- At least one end-to-end Oracle R12 implementation or support project
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
