Job Title: Business Development Executive – Engineering Services

Notice Period- Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our engineering services team. The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives in areas such as design engineering, product development, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in engineering services
- Assist in lead generation through online platforms, databases, and networking
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information
- Help in competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand service offerings
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn,



email outreach, etc.)
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical / Electrical/IT Engineering or MBA (Marketing/Operations)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of engineering services and industry practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools or engineering concepts
- Experience with market research or sales support
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes
