Job Summary: As an Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end O2C process within the organization. Your role will involve handling order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and deliver excellent customer service.
