We are looking for a product evangelist that will play an integral role in creating and communicating product messaging to our growing partner base. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with product managers, sales and marketing to drive adoption of the product, up-sell, cross-sell, keep an eye on the competitive landscape and create cutting-edge programs that excite our partners.
To be successful in this role you need the ability to tap into our buyer’s problems and position our products’ value in which it is the obvious, natural solution. You’re a tactical and pragmatic thinker who knows how to take input from multiple teams and stakeholders working this into an actionable strategy. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have a desire to prove what is and isn’t working. This role is the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive growth in Customer Success and achieve results. You’ll overcome any challenges creatively and not let anything stand in your way.
Key Responsibilities;
● Develop and manage product marketing strategy with a focus on product adoption, onboarding, new feature adoption, up-sell/cross-sell initiatives and other partner communications
● Manage feature and product release communications and in-product announcements
● Lead product-centered campaigns and tasks, working cross-team to ensure deliverables are produced by deadline and tracking success of each effort.
● Conduct partner interviews and research to gain additional insights and knowledge we can leverage to improve processes and the product
● Create and maintain partner-facing product roadmaps
● Own website product pages working with the content team to develop and update product module, integration, and use case pages
● Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
● Support our sales channel; train them on the problems we solve f
