Job Description:

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise storage platforms, focusing on hardware–software interactions across firmware, drivers, and system software.




- Design and build scalable automation frameworks and tools using Python to improve test coverage, validation, and debugging efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer-reported issues, performing deep system-level debugging and root cause analysis.
- Apply AI/ML techniques, including Generative AI, for failure analysis, anomaly detection, test optimization, and workflow automation.
- Develop reusable tools and utilities that enhance observability, productivity, and overall test effectiveness.
- Drive system-level testing strategies covering performance, reliability, scalability, and edge-case scenarios.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to improve product quality and accelerate issue resolution.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
