And now, we are on the lookout for Underwriters to perform comprehensive QC reviews on closed residential mortgage loans across multiple loan types while ensuring strict compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end QC validation including income, assets, credit, collateral, compliance, and closing documentation.
- Identify underwriting, documentation, and compliance deficiencies.
- Ensure findings are accurately documented with clear root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to:
- Agency and Investor guidelines




- Federal and State mortgage regulations
- Internal QC policies and procedures
- Maintain 100% compliance with process-related policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Adhere to established Quality and Quantity SLAs.
- Support corrective action and preventive action initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management to enhance platform features and user experience.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting or Post-Closing QC.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines
- Jumbo and Non-QM loan programs
- Agency and investor compliance standards
- Experience in full loan file review (Income, Assets, Credit, Appraisal, Compliance, Closing).
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under defined SLAs and performance metrics.
