My client is an EdTech start-up in the early learning space backed by one of Indias leading VC firms, below are the primary responsibilities of the role.

Role: Product Designer/UX Specialist

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand business objectives & how they are measured. Talk to consumers to understand the key pain points.
- Inspire stakeholders & influence roadmap through storytelling, fresh ideas, & UX research.
- Churn out detailed wireframes & low fidelity UI.
- Work closely with engineering counterparts, and UI/Illustrators to ship products to consumers.
- Get qualitative & quantitative inputs to evolve the design.

Examples of projects to illustrate the nature of work:
- Habit forming:



Implementing Streak to encourage repeat visits
- Monetization: Improving checkout conversion rate on android in-app purchase flow.

Requirements/Desired Skillset:
- 5-10 years of experience in shipping highly functional and aesthetically appealing experiences for products for Android or/and iOS
- Excellent grip on Figma/Adobe XD reflected in the speed of wireframing.
- Experience in gaming, social media, media and eCommerce products.
- Degree in design
- Background in behavioural economics, and psychology.
