Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and manage diverse candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Job Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social & digital media channels.




Consult and advise HR leads and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process.
Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
Understand our total compensation/benefits package, company policies, practices, and market differentiators and confidentially communicate them to the candidates, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate during the offer process.
Closing the position within TAT.
Streamlining Job Description and organizing it as per Departments.
Knowledge on maintaining various Recruitment reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with 2 to 3 years related experience in Hard-core Manufacturing / Jewelry Recruitment.
Experience creatively sourcing and hiring diverse professional salaried talent.
Experience specifically sourcing qualified talent from Diversified Industry.
