Desired Qualification & Experience:
- Any regular/full time English medium candidates with any bachelor degree
- You will need to own a two wheeler & must be comfortably traveling to the properties we manage whenever required
- At Least 2 to 3 years working experience, particularly involving day to day interactions with clients/customers
- Must be comfortable with Computers, Internet & Documentation works

Role Overview:
- As the Property Management/Mnt Assistant you will be responsible to visit the properties managed/owned by the company & attend the complaints of the property owners/licensees and be able to solve/hear in an ample manner
- You must attend calls to let out the properties,
to appoint security and other complaint calls
- Data of all the properties managed by the company have to be properly/completely maintained in the computer as per the company’s style of recording
- You should regularly visit and monitor the properties that are managed by the company
- You will be trained to verify and complete the legal and other documentation procedures and formalities between the company and Licensees
- You must follow up renewals of the existing licensees and their appropriate documentation works
- You must follow up the letters & other notices from the Govt., authorities for all the properties managed by the company
