Summary:
The F&A; Manager is a vital role responsible for overseeing the financial health and accounting function of the company. This individual will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage internal controls, and maintain statutory compliance. They will also play a key role in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
•
Oversee the closing of financial books and preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
•
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
•




Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
•
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
•
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
•
Oversee the F&A; team (if applicable) and provide coaching and development opportunities.
•
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
•
Manage cash flow and maintain healthy relationships with banks.
•
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
