Job Description: Real Estate Manager
Location: Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai, Indore
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
Role Overview
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the organization’s real estate portfolio across India, supporting R1’s growth, operational efficiency, and cost optimization objectives. The role will manage leases, real estate transactions, office expansion/ consolidation, and fit-out execution while ensuring compliance, scalability, and uninterrupted business operations typical of a high-growth RCM setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lease Administration & Portfolio Optimization
- Manage and administer the company’s commercial real estate lease portfolio across multiple Indian cities.
- Drive lease renewals, renegotiations, consolidations, and exits to optimize occupancy cost and align with business headcount plans.
- Lead negotiations with landlords to secure favorable lease terms, rental structures, incentives, lock-ins, and exit clauses.
- Oversee end-to-end lease
