Your Role in VT Markets
As team leader – Business development is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team focused on client acquisition and relationship management in a multi-asset instrument. This role requires a strong understanding of forex products, market dynamics, and B2B or HNI client needs. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, deep forex knowledge,



and the ability to drive business targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of business development executives.
- Set performance targets and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and pipeline reviews.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities in corporates, SMEs, HNIs, or institutional segments.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles,from prospecting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for multi-asset instrument services.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Deliver customized forex solutions based on client risk appetite and currency needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on currency risk management and market trends.
