What You'll Do
- Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
- Develop and sustain integrations through Salesforce Web Services APIs, such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns,



and coding standards across the team.
- Manage development workflows using version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tooling such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
- Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments.
- Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
- Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.
- Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in practice. (Required)
- 5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment. (Required)
