Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales management. This role involves overseeing staff, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.




- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for development.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage repairs, special orders, and consignments.

Visual Merchandising & Presentation:
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and product displays.
- Implement seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies.
- Ensure all jewelry is properly tagged, clean, and attractively displayed.
