Desired Educational Qualification

BS/BE/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area and/or 5 to 8 years of relevant IT experience in Salesforce

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
- Self-starter with hands-on working and understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects, Roles, Fields,



Customizations', Approval processes, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox Lifecycle, Deployments, changesets, Managed Packages, territory management, data management, data loader, communities, Lightning, LWC, AURA, APEX, VF, VF Components, Salesforce Knowledgebase & Coding.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects with high attention to detail.
- Improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce using your strong business analysis skills.
- Improve business productivity, efficiency, and performance through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
- Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Regularly perform a Salesforce Health Check and implement field-level security with a least privilege access mindset.
