The Lead System Engineer — Power Quality is a technically robust and commercially aware engineering role responsible for the selection, sizing, configuration and delivery of complex power quality solutions. The role spans the full project lifecycle — from initial customer engagement and proposal development through to technical delivery and continuous improvement — working closely with business verticals, platform engineering, supply chain and GE Vernova's global engineering community.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the selection, sizing, and configuration of power quality based systems (like rotating stabilizer, STATCOM, etc.,) and related equipment.
- Selection and sizing of MV/ LV VSD based system on Oil & Gas will be an added advantage.




- Prepare and review technical documentation, calculations, drawings, and proposal inputs.
- Apply deep knowledge on key components like VSD, SFC, Transformer, Filters, Motor and other power system equipment's.
- Develop and review system SLD, protection SLD, layout preparation for large system projects.
- Perform System design and Analysis for VSD/SFC, power quality solutions across a range of industrial and utility applications
- Support Business Verticals in creating and reviewing (in conjunction with the leadership team) systems solutions as part of the ITO/OTR process, ensuring that solutions are technically fit for purpose and that technical risk is understood and managed with contingencies identified.
