Description
- Act as Finance Partner to Business/Product Stakeholders.
- Active participation in all Recent product lauches to provide accounting as well as Financial planning support.
- Prepare monthly/Yearly Business Plans and track financial performance against the targets.
- Analyse various KPI’s for various products and highlight areas of improvement to the business teams

Responsibilities
- Planning and Budgetting for each of the businesses and Products in Retail/ SME/Wholesale/Financial Markets.
- Monthly Dashboard detailing various granular parameters for each of the busineesses/Products.
- Conduct meetings with various business heads to review the financial performance.
- Understand and Frame the Funds transfer Pricing Policy and its implementation.
- Device methodologies for computation of product wise ROA and ROE's.
- Forecasting of Business Performance on a monthly basis and provide early indicators.
- Work with Technology team for appropriate solution and ensure Granular Data is made available.




- Leverage Data Analytics.
- Work with Business to measure the impact and cost benefit analysis of various Customer campaigns.
- Understand various Products and services offered by the Bank and ensure that there is no Revenue Leakage and accruals are carried out at regular intervals.
- Work with the Financial controller in drawing up the overall Budget for the Bank and monitor its progress at the most granular level.
- Provide appropriate support for submission of regulatory returns.
- Support the investor relations team for any data requests for any Analysts or investors.
- Be a single point of contact for all the Business verticals in the Bank and resolve/ provide support through collboration and Business partnering.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance from reputed institute
Min Exp: 2 Years
Max Years: 8 Years
