As a Senior Manager - Treasury Management System Implementation, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations and strategies within our Finance practice. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams,



and solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to drive project success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on implementing financial systems, process automation, and financial shared services. You will craft and convey transparent, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to lead teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm. You will initiate open and honest coaching conversations, make difficult decisions, and model professional standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
