About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Web Technologies) to lead the successful delivery of web-based projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, smooth execution, and on-time project delivery aligned with business goals and client expectations.
This role requires robust multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for co-ordinating across design, development, and QA teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all project communications and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, clarity, and regular progress updates.
- Convert client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables for internal teams.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and task allocations for end-to-end delivery.
- Coordinate across design, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and timelines.
- Monitor and document project progress using structured tracking methods.
- Identify potential risks or dependencies early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Process & Team Coordination
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and workload balance.
- Collaborate with team leads and leadership to improve internal workflows and communication processes.
- Define and implement best practices for project management across the organization.
- Ensure that all project documentation, reports, and closure notes are complete and accurate.
