- Proficient with creating test scenarios from FRD and FDD
- Proficient with creating test cases from test scenarios
- Understanding of D365 Retail POS functions
- Proficient with creating test results
- Proficient on working with test and bug tracking tools like Service now, DevOps etc
- Hands-on experience with testing, identifying and raising bugs
- Valuable communication skills
- Should be able to present overall test results and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders
- 10+ yrs of relevant experience
