Description
As an Operations Specialist, Project Management & Sales; you will play a critical role in supporting the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) function within WSP’s Horizon Program. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion CX and PPM operational environments. This role offers the prospect to influence enterprise‑wide processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to a best‑in‑class operational support model across regions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of incident (INC) management processes to address and resolve operational issues promptly and within defined service level agreements and targets.
- Handle access request management, including monitoring downgrades and deactivations, and advising on subscription and license requirements.
- Manage license subscription processes to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
- Participate in the RPL forum to support discussions and enterprise decision‑making.
- Provide performance management and operational oversight for the AMS team.
- Ensure security management and compliance, maintaining audit trails across all operational processes.
- Collaborate with Organisational Change Management (OCM), Solution Architects, and regional teams to integrate solutions effectively into operations.
- Enforce enhancement request processes through ServiceNow, preventing back‑channeling.
- Support the operational support strategy for the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Provide leadership and collaborate with Global Process Leads to advance the objectives of the Horizon Platform Operations team.
- Identify areas of improvement within functional areas and partner with Operations and Enhancement Leads to prioritize value‑added deliverables.
- Work with vendors and WSP Horizon technical teams to oversee the health and performance of Oracle Fusion, increasing availability, reliability, and first‑call resolution.
