As an Intern at Kyndryl, your journey will start with immersive learning programs focused on building a core set of business and technical skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our clients. While gaining exposure to day-to-day operations, the skills that you’ll learn will be required for the development of cutting-edge products and services for our clients. What you will do
- Employees hired for a pre-professional/skilled assignment while enrolled at a university/educational institution, or just after completion of qualification, and work for Kyndryl as part of the apprentice program
- We are hiring a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to Business
- The role focuses on quick problem determination, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service within defined SLAs.
- Deliver Level 1 support for hardware, software, and services as per contract.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OS, Email (Outlook/Exchange/Lotus), Networking
- (VPN/Connectivity), O365, VMware, and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Slack).
- Handle password resets, entitlement checks, and incident logging in ticketing tools.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams while acting as the client’s advocate.
