We have an Immediate Opening for a Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:-
- schedule meetings and appointments.
- Typing and preparing all documents and correspondences, such as letters, reports, tender, specifications, submission proposals, faxes, etc.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Experience in the preparation of quotations is mandatory
- Set up and monitor sales processes
- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
- Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Requirements:-
- Female Graduate with work experience of 2+ years as a Front Office / Office Administration / Sales Coordinator.
- 1-3years of experience in Back office sales with knowledge & order processing.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Valuable Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
