· Lead and Manage Underwriting Team: Supervise and mentor a team of underwriters, ensuring adher-
ence to company guidelines, market standards, and best practices.
· Underwrite Complex Risks: Oversee and approve underwriting of complex Property and Engineering
risks, providing technical guidance and decision-making support.
· Risk Assessment & Pricing Strategy: Conduct and review technical risk assessments, pricing models, and
coverage analysis to ensure profitability and compliance.
· Techno-Marketing Leadership: Drive techno-marketing initiatives by presenting advanced technical so-
lutions and value propositions to clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, agents,



and internal
sales teams to promote products and secure profitable business.
