Are you passionate about building world-class test automation frameworks and leading teams toward excellence? We are looking for a QE Automation Lead to join our growing team

As a lead, youll mentor QE engineers, drive automation strategy, and collaborate with product, development, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation and manual testers
Build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.)
Define and implement test strategies, automation roadmaps, and CI/CD integration
Collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC
Ensure quality across web, mobile, and API applications
Manage defect tracking, test reporting, and client communication

Required Skills

7 - 9 years in QA, with 4 - 5 years in automation




Hands-on with Playwright / Selenium / Appium
Strong coding skills in TypeScript / JavaScript / Java / Python
Experience in API testing & BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
Knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Excellent communication & leadership skills

Valuable to Have
Mobile automation experience (Appium, Detox)
Performance testing knowledge (JMeter, k6)
Cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
