Who we’re looking for?
Energetic self-starters with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. In your role, you will discover qualified opportunities by targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

At Braves, you will
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for client partners
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Effectively and independently distill and deliver the Brand value proposition, articulating details about our services and product over the call.
Consistently achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly quota of qualified opportunities

Must-haves
2-4 years of experience, in a role generating B2B leads by running email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling
Clear, concise,



and effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Drive to work and excel independently
Active on LinkedIn
Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field
Fast learner with excellent time management and organizational skills
Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions

Valuable to have
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs like Pipedrive/Zoho/Salesforce
Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects
