- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional retail & project sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats, and adapting the regional strategy accordingly.
- Market Share Growth: Set transparent objectives for increasing market share within the region and take proactive measures to achieve them.
- Competitive Analysis:



Keep a close watch on competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Financial :-
- ​​​​Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed regional retail sales revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall financial performance.
