- Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities, utilities, and machinery to identify and address any issues or potential breakdowns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient work practices.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance measures to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory using Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a protected working environment for maintenance staff.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for plant equipment, utilities, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of plant operations, utility systems, and machinery.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning,

- Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) for documentation and data analysis.

Salary Range: 3.5 to 4.8 LPA (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
