Job Purpose: Site Incharge - Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and management of the assigned site. This role ensures that the site is functioning efficiently, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and aligned with the organization’s operational goals. The Site Incharge will also focus on optimizing resource allocation, managing the operations team, and collaborating with senior management to drive operational excellence.
