- Ensuring Quality and Compliance:
· Verifying that all purchased items meet required specifications and quality standards, and comply with relevant regulations.
- Tracking Expenses and Budget Management:
· Monitoring procurement costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring adherence to project budgets.
- Maintaining Records and Reporting:
· Keeping accurate records of procurement activities and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Project Teams:
· Working closely with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitoring Supplier Performance:
· Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost, and taking corrective action if needed.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends:
· Keeping abreast of recent technologies, materials, and industry best practices in HVAC.
