What we are looking for (minimum qualification):
- 1-4 years of IT Recruitment experience in the US Staffing
- B.E. / B. Tech./MCA / BCA / B.Sc. /M.Sc. or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Able to perform complex Boolean searches (or willing to learn) on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com, etc.)
- Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD / OPT).
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have (will be a plus):
- Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, Twitter, etc.
- Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow, etc. will be a plus.
- Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates.
