JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support team as Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer service operations, business communication, client support, and enterprise workflows.

The selected candidates will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth support operations and a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

⢠Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally to assist customers, address queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.





⢠Handle customer and partner interactions through calls, emails, and chat support.

⢠Respond to customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

⢠Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-ups.

⢠Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

⢠Assist with customer onboarding and support activities.

⢠Support operational workflows related to invoice processing, reconciliation, GST reclaim, and compliance activities.

⢠Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled communication.

⢠Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
