Staff Design Evaluation Engineer
As part of the Post‑Silicon Engineering organization, you will be responsible for bench evaluation (validation) activities for new SoC product developments within the Digital Business Unit at Analog Devices. This role involves working closely with Design, Product Test Engineering (PTE), and Applications teams to drive the post‑silicon phase of product development, from first‑silicon bring‑up through full validation across Process, Voltage,



and Temperature (PVT) corners.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, has hands‑on experience in digital and mixed‑signal validation, and demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional, global teams to ensure robust silicon validation, characterization, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, reliable, and effective bench hardware and software solutions for complex digital and mixed‑signal SoCs.
- Drive the post‑silicon evaluation lifecycle, including hardware bring‑up, silicon bring‑up, functional validation, debug, and PVT characterization.
- Develop, execute, and automate test scripts to support validation, debug, and characterization activities.
- Engage early with Design teams to contribute to DFT definition and development, improving debug capability and overall testability.
