Job Description - Manager - Corporate Psychologist - People Transformation Job Name: Manager - People transformation Position Title: Manager Band: C1 Work model and Location: Chennai based candidates ONLY - Hybrid Reporting to: Senior Manager/AVP Location/Site: Chennai EXL India Overview Job Overview: Corporate Psychologist – Manager, People Transformation We are seeking a Corporate Psychologist – Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles focused on employee engagement, employee relations, people transformation, corporate employee counseling, or workplace well-being. The ideal candidate will have overall 10-12 years and 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will apply psychological principles to design and execute strategies that enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and fostering a high-performance, people-centric work setting. Key Roles and Responsibilities:



Develop and implement corporate mental health programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Conduct employee assessments, counseling sessions, and mental health interventions to address workplace stress, burnout, and productivity issues. Provide one-on-one coaching and group training on stress management, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Design and execute employee assistance programs (EAPs) in collaboration with HR and leadership teams. Partner with HR to create and promote policies supporting mental well-being, including work-life balance initiatives. Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions on mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and workplace motivation. Utilize psychometric assessments and behavioral analysis to support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. Support managers and leaders in handling employee psychological concerns and workplace conflicts effectively. Monitor and analyze workplace mental health trends
