About the Role
At InCred, we are building a high-performance community rooted in meritocracy and ownership. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead two critical charters: our Personal Loans (PL) growth engine and our Customer Service (CS) experience platform. In this role, you will transition from purely executing features to defining the strategic narrative for your verticals. You will be responsible for the "why" and "what" behind the roadmap, connecting your team's output to InCred’s broader business strategy. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high standards, deep customer empathy, and
speed-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Business Ownership
● Define the Vision: Craft a transparent, forward-looking vision for the Personal Loans and Customer Service verticals.



You must move beyond feature lists to define a narrative that aligns with company-wide strategic goals.
● Outcome over Output: You are responsible for the business outcomes driven by your team, not just the features shipped. You will identify when investments are hitting diminishing returns and proactively shift strategy to maximize ROI.
● Strategic Impact: Act as a key contributor to company-level strategy. You will clearly articulate the "so what" behind your team's work to the executive leadership, ensuring your roadmap drives meaningful progress toward organizational goals.
2. Execution & Delivery Excellence
● Speed & Quality: Instill a "speed wins" culture. You will enable your team to make tough trade-off decisions that result in successful initial launches followed by quick, data-driven iterations.
